Care Management

Companion Care Services
This person will not provide hands-on care for the client (such as feeding and dressing) but will provide companionship, provide respite for the main caregiver, offer encouragement and perform light housekeeping tasks. Duties may include: Washing dishes.02
Nursing Services
Nurses providing hands-on care to patients in the comfort of their home by administering medications, managing intravenous lines, observing and monitoring patients' conditions, checking vital sign, maintaining records and communicating with doctors.05
Respite Services
A respite caregiver helps with driving, such as taking the patient to a doctor's appointment, picking up prescriptions or grocery shopping. In addition, he assists with meal preparation and light housekeeping duties, such as vacuuming, tidying up and washing linens and clothes.03
Personal Care Services
Personal care aides generally are responsible for light cleaning, cooking, running errands, and doing laundry, as well as assisting clients with bathing, showering, grooming, and other personal hygiene tasks.06
12 & 24-Hour Care Services
The primary responsibilities of 12 Hour Sleep-Over and 24 Hour Care services include the following: Performing the same responsibilities as Companion Services & Personal Care Services. Assisting the client to bed and throughout the night as needed. Preparing morning meals and clean-up of meal related items.
